The Terms set out in this Section B apply (in addition to the Terms set out in Section A “General Terms of Use”) to any use of the website by an employer placing details of employment opportunities on the website and/or accessing candidate details via the website.

In consideration of your payment of the applicable fees (as notified to you by Horsejobs.ca), Horsejobs.ca will provide you with access to its database of candidate resumes and details via the website and/or post details of job opportunities on the website (as appropriate).

You, the employer, are responsible for the content (including, without limitation, the sufficiency and accuracy) of all information provided by you for posting on the website. Horsejobs.ca will not undertake any verification of the information provided by you and, save that Horsejobs.ca will take reasonable steps to promptly correct any errors in your information posted on the Website due to inputting errors by Horsejobs.ca, excludes any and all liability in relation thereto.

You represent, undertake and warrant to Horsejobs.ca that you will use the Website only for lawful purposes. In particular, you represent, warrant and undertake that:

1. you will not use the Website in any manner which infringes any law or regulation or which infringes the rights of or, causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any third party, nor will you authorize or permit any other person to do so;

Horsejobs.ca does not check or verify the information provided to it by any employment candidates that appear on the Website and it is your sole responsibility to satisfy yourself as to the identity, background, qualification and suitability of any candidate whose details you acquire via the Website.

C) CANDIDATE TERMS OF USE

The Terms set out in this Section C apply (in addition to the Terms set out in Section A) to any use of the website by a candidate placing details of him/herself on the website and/or accessing details of employment opportunities via the website.

In consideration of your provision of information about yourself, Horsejobs.ca will post that information on the website for a period of Six (6) consecutive months or until such time as you find a position of employment (if shorter). Horsejobs.ca will post the information promptly upon receipt or, in the event that you provide the information to Horsejobs.ca prior to becoming available for employment, following your notification that you are available for employment.

If, following the posting of your information on the website, you find a position of employment, you must immediately inform Horsejobs.ca who will remove your information from the Website. Should you fail to find a position within the six (6) month posting period you may notify Horsejobs.ca who will then arrange for your information to be posted on the Website for a further six (6) weeks.

The posting of your information on the Website is, at all times, at the absolute discretion of Horsejobs.ca. Horsejobs.ca reserves the right, without giving reasons, to remove your information from the Website at any time.

You are responsible for the content (including, without limitation, the sufficiency and accuracy) of all information provided by you for posting on the website. Horsejobs.ca does not check or verify the information provided to it by employers that appears on the website and it is your sole responsibility to satisfy yourself as to the identity, background and suitability of any employer and of the suitability of any job details of which you acquire via the website. You are reminded that the website is only a means of accessing possible job opportunities. Your work for any employer to whom you are introduced via the website will be carried out under a contract directly between you and your employer. Accordingly, you are responsible for negotiation, performance and administration of your contract with your new employer and for ensuring the payment of all taxes, national insurance contributions and similar sums payable in respect of your contract.
